What year and model truck? What iis the truck doing and when did it start?

1996 Range Rover 4.6 HSE
It seems to be running just fine. If I reset the light it comes back on in about 2 days with the same code. There was a fuse in spot 11, which I read there was not supposed to be so I took it out. It had no effect either way to how the vehicle runs though? It first started doing this about 3 years ago, and since it was always running fine I never pursued fixing it. But now I am trying to sell it and nobody wants a check engine light. The service engine light also just came on and the dealer can't get me in for a month-

 

How about running it in to a small Rover shop, have them fix the code and do a quick service, it will help you sell it quicker.

There are no small rover shops around here that can do the service light- Thanks for your time though. Nobody seems to know what the code means?
