No one is perfect and maybe the message or email was over-looked. My experience buying parts from Paul has always been top notch.

And we all should remember that all the folks that help us keep our trucks on the road do have lives that get in the way occasionally. Kids, spouses, parents, house repairs, computer problems, etc.

 

I've dealt with him several times and agree he is top notch. Just surprised because normally he's very quick to respond.

 

I just rec'd parts from him....he's over-worked and underpaid....
