I hope someone has had this happen before. I recenty had a complete head gasket replacement two months ago. Now I have water coming from #8 cylinder plug?

The vehicle has never overheated and has a new coolant temp sensor, Oil, coolant and plugs.

Need Help!!!

A, it wasn't installed right or b they didn't tighten down the back bolts correctly or c the head is warped. Or D the cylinder is slipping.
