Exclamation Power Steering Pump-2008 LR2

Hello,

I changed out my Power Steering pump on my 2008 LR2, now the reservoir has tons of air in the reservoir, which is causing a squeaking noise when I turn the steering wheel left and right. Any idea how to get the AIR OUT?
Thanks,

The RAVE should give details on bleeding the PS system. Typically you start with raising the front end on axle stands so the wheels are off the ground, then turning the steering wheel several times slowly from lock to lock with the engine off, making sure to top of the reservoir. Once that is done, remove the axle stands and start the engine and bleed using the bleed screw on the steering box.
But that's just a generic description. The RAVE will have more specific instructions.
