Default Proper Drive Shaft & U Joint Maintenance ?

Not to long ago I replaced my front & rear drive shafts with Tom Woods drive shafts and I am pretty sure they were already greased / lubricated properly. I was wondering if i would need to re grease / lubricate them just so they have a little more then usual. I ask this because I get car washes that consist of high pressure under carriage washes very frequently and the fact I live in chicago and winter is coming up so there will be tons of salt on the streets very soon.

If it is a good idea to add a little extra grease / lubricant because of my sistutaion what type of grease / lubricant would be good to use ?

How can I Properly grease / lubricate the Drive Shaft & U Joints ?

you would use a grease gun on the 3 nipples on the drive shaft. people on the forum argue about what grease is best i used green stuff. fill the joints till new grease is seen coming out of the seals.
