Default Question about Shocks

Hello. I have a 2001 Disco. It has about 60,000 miles. The lower bushings on the front shocks are broken and make a bumping noise. I do regular city/highway driving, nothing extreme. Would it make sense to buy a cheap shock absorber for $55.00?

(What does this mean, by the way? "W/O ACE")

I understand those yellow fancy shocks are better, but are the cheaper ones okay?
Thank you.

Not a wise move for your old top heavy Disco.
The better choices are, the Old Man Emu H.D., the newer Old Man Emu Sport shock and the Bilstein. Anything less and you'll still have a warn out ride.
