Rear propshaft problem
Can anyone help me ive got a discovery 300tdi which i have put an one and a half inch lift and it keeps eatting the rear propshaft rubber coupling is there a modification i can done cheers.
I have a solid 3" lift on my D2, I get better then 80,000 to 100,000 miles per rotoflex.
I think you are doing something wrong, check for a directional arrow on the disc, sounds like you are putting it on in the wrong direction or using a really cheap rotoflex.
Let me know what you find.

Cheers for your info mike had a look at work at the coupling and found it had been fitted wrong in the past (i just copied as you do.) Fitted an genuine landrover one this time and the right way which helps. Road test home with no vibrations thanks again.
Glad it all worked out.
Remember, keep all thos grease fitting lubed. Does your front drive shaft have the same issue as out, 3 u-joints and only one with a grease fitting, if that is the case, get those 2 greaseless replaced along with the centering ball before it fails, taking out your transmission.
