rear view mirror wiring

Question rear view mirror wiring

Ive searched the forum for a wiring diagram or pictures but no luck I have 1996 disco with auto dim mirror with the connector cut off going to he rear view mirror I have taken it apart trying to figure out why it the map lights weren't working.. well found out why.. just would like to get the lights working could care less if the auto dim doesn't work..

There are a couple of fuses involved, F10 and F14; anytime wires are cut a fuse can get popped if things short. The attached pages from the RAVE show the wiring diagram and the connector pinout. The wire colors are light green with orange; black; and green with brown. I looked in the interior lights section and did not see any additional on just the map lights.

The RAVE contains the mysteries of many Rovers. Belongs on every computer for an owner, and on a USB drive in the glove box.
