Default ruff running

I have a 93 land rover with the 4.o engine. It is statring to run ruff while I am driving at low speeds. It acts like its has a spark problem? It will all of a sudden go away while driving and acts fine.? any Ideas

So what have you looked at so far, what has been done tune up wise, how many miles on the truck, what octane gas are you using?

Donald,
May need to start with the basics, lots of tune related work probably needs to be done, how mechanical are you?
Mid grade gas will carbon up your engine and can cause roughness and compression issues.
Send me your tele number and a good time to call, I'll be glad to walk your thru this.
