Hello all. I've been wanting to put a set of running boards on my '02 Disco and I have an opportunity to buy a set at a good price. They seller took them off of his '06 LR3. He has a set of Aries Nerf Bars. What i want to know, is the frame of the '02 different from the '06? Should the running boards fit? Anyone have a pretty good knowledge of the under body frame? It's a pretty good deal on something my short *** could use. Thanks in advance for you opinions and help.

 

They won't fit, but discovery 1 (95-99) will and of course discovery 2 will.

When buying used running boards, make sure the seller includes the brackets, if they are selling boards that just have horizontal bars on them and no vertical brackets attached, the necessary hardware is missing.
