Default series II parabolics

Hello all,
fitted some new rear springs two years ago on my '59 series II 88" petrol SW, and they've gave up already! I think they are of poor quality as the ones fitted to my SIII have been on for ten years and still going fine despight it doing much harder work! Thinking of fitting parabolics from Paddocks, anyone had any experience with these? The SII is mainly used to tow a horse box, any advice on towing with parabolics or any other advice most welcome!
Dave

Default RE: series II parabolics

i read an article in the Rovers North newsletter about these things (dont know why, i drive a coil sprung Disco) but the author said a lot of good things about them. though, i dont think he said anything about towing with them. then again, i dont see why not.
