Default Shipping questions

Thinking about getting going on a new project. One of the 109s. How difficult are the logistics to attempt to get a chassis shipped to US. ? If this has been covered maybe someone could point me towards the info. Or maybe it's not worth the hassle. Any insight would be appreciated!

Logistics are easy container it and ship about 2500 Cdn, then any import taxes and duties are your end, I looked at doing a Td 5 left hand disco II shipped to Vancouver, that was the was the estimate I was given. Long haul about 3 to 4 months though

I don't necessarily mind the wait, it just seemed a bit much to buy one over here for 5k or so! Thanks for insight!

Shipping is the killer. Then you will likely have to deal with customs to top it off.

Looking for a series or defender frame?

Is shipping really a killer? I'm looking into some of the veterans/military contacts I have as I thought I read they have ability to ship easier and cheaper. I could be wrong. Alot of info I find online is a few years old and I wonder if things have also changed a bit.

not sure where you are located and what specific chassis you need but RN has some products that might serve you.
