I just got a new after-market stereo for my 2002 Freelander. I had a problem with the old one and decided to replace it. I had the stereo installed on Friday at BestBuy. It was working great till today. I was driving on the freeway when suddenly my speakers stopped working. The stereo itself is a Pioneer DEH-2200UB and still functions but there is no sound coming out of my speakers. Is their a easy fix to this? I don't want to replace the speakers but I would hate it if they need to be replaced and can't be fixed.

 

Take it back, they installed it, they can figure out whats wrong.
My money is on it coming unplugged.

 

Hopefully you are right. Is it a common problem for no sound if the wires get unplugged? I will be so happy once if it turns out something came unplugged. This Freelander has had so many problems that a speaker getting blown out would make me go crazy.
