Default rear door speakers not working

Hey everybody,

I have a 96 Disco SE. It has an after market radio I installed. I hooked it up just like the old aftermarket radio that was in there. My rear door speakers do not work. I assume I didn't get them hooked up. Is there any trick to these speakers, or do I need to just keeep fishing around for a loose wire to connect to the radio.
Thanks for any help

The rear door unit is a sub. I am not sure if you knew that or not. If you did, I am sorry, if not try and turn your bass up and see if you notice anything. Hopefully this helps.

On some aftermarket head units you need to let it know you've got subs.. I haven't seen the wiring myself, but if it's got a sub in line, then you need to let the head unit know where to output the signal
