speedometer is jumping

speedometer starts to fluxuate and engine looses power
2001 disco 2 (154,000 miles)
obd2 scan shows -
P0133-O2 sensor circuit response bank 1
P0153-02 sensor circuit response bank 2
P1592-ABS rough road signal circuit
I am DIY who has repair manuals, OBD2 scanner,and for the life of me I can't find anything that responds to this problem. any suggestions
