Default Throwing codes

Checked whcih codes my Rover was throwing and here is what came up.[:@]

P0734-Incorrect 4th gear
P0150-02 Sensor
P0174-Very rich or lean
P1174-Manufacturer code have no idea what that is
P0159-Very rich or lean

How would i go about fixing all of this. I'm pretty sure this is all being caused by just an o2 sensor but i could be wrong. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,
-Terry

It drives and runs fine although does smell a little like the cat is going bad. The way it shifts is weird because 3rd gear don't shift until 51 mph. The gas mileage is still 250 per tank using 91 with a bad o2 sensor. And it does vibrate a little at stop lights then goes away shortly after.

OK,
Doesn't fit the normal seniero but I believe you have 2 problems, bad O2 sensors on Bank and a failing MAF.
The Maf would be causeing a bad smell, tranny shifting problem and MPG drop.
Send me a private message with your tele number and a good time to call and I would be glad to cal you and talk you thru this.
