I was wondering if anyone has done business with Toddco. The website has a LR3 lift for air ride vehicles with no way to buy online. I have sent email and left phone messages with questions on how to buy and availability and received no response. It has been 3 weeks and I cant understand the business practice. At this point I dont know how confident to be in the products they offer. Has anyone purchased this lift or dealt with anyone from this company. I would think in a niche market like after-market land rover parts, customer service would be King. I am not here to bash them, I would like to do business with them. Any information would be great. Thanks.

 

Indeed I have. I ordered a front shaft rebuild from them and they did an absolutely outstanding job, all for $175. Had it returned to me in two days.

Not certain what the communication problem could be but I do recall that I initially had difficulty reaching them. It's not a large outfit at all and I seem to recall that they do other work as well. With the downturn in the market, he may have gotten hit pretty hard.

They are entirely trustworthy, however, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

 

Thanks for the input. I hope they are busy as hell. There are a lot of small companies struggling now and we dont need a Land Rover specialty shop going under. I wont think twice about buying I just need to know how. I have a lot of patience. Thanks again, Eric.

 

Put another call into them today, they are a good company and I am surprised they haven't responded.
