Crazy Idea. I wonder why don't they have dollies for both axles, that would be ideal since you would not have the added weight of the trailer and still have the car wheels not rolling.
If you can have the front end on a dolly, you should be able to do the same for the rear end. The trailer is truly meant for something that does not have a rigid frame of its own. You know, I am thinking like the big log haulers, Humm.
