Hello All,

I have a 2006 LR3 - V8 and have had a continual problem with a rough transmission engagement since the car was new. Every time I come toa rolling stop and then accelerate, the trans "CLUNKS". It does not downshift somoothly and really gives a jerk. My dealer tells me this is normal. Does anyone else have thi sissue?

Call you local Rover district office, ask to speak with the district service rep and have them set up an appointment to meet with you at the dealership.

there is a trans flash that can be done by the dealer to smooth out the shifts.

 

is battery the problem? trans 2006 doesnt shift , several dashboard warning come on/ brake. height indicator, triangle. engine light please help
