Replace Shifter in 2000 Discovery II

Default Replace Shifter in 2000 Discovery II
Hi All,

As you can tell from the photo, the shifter know has snapped off. While I'm searching for a replacement (wish me luck given that it's Sunday), can anyone point me to instructions on how to replace the shifter?

This is a 2000 Discover 2 SD7.

Look up the RAVE manual, it is the same shop manual that the dealer uses.
It is a free download.

Man I have no idea, but thats probably your best bet.

pull out the rest of the plastic and buy a used shifter ****. If it doesnt work then its a shifter.
