Default Valve job vs 44K???

Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum and I'm in need of some advice. I have an 03 Discovery SE7 and may have a problem. I took my Disco in for work after vehicle started to misfire. Mechanic told me I might need a valve job, I got second opinion and was told to try 44K additive to resolve possible sticky vavles. Any advice or info would be greatly appreciated!

How many miles on the truck, is your check engine light on if so what are the 4 digit faults codes??
Leave the engine along and don't talk to that retarded mechanic again.

How about plug wires? I'd keep away from the moron that recomended a valve job. We would need more info to make better guesses-and thats all they are it guesses. Does it misfire constantly, under load, pig or run hot. Bad or stale gas? The list goes on. Take it to and expert not the cheapest-you get what you pay for.

You could not go wrong just trying the BG 44k. There are two other steps commonly associated with this fuel injection service. check them out!
