What is this Defender found only in Sri Lanka?
This is used by VIP Protection Units. This has canopy top with sides open. What is this model? I could not find it in the web or any other place. Is this a normal Defender model modified in Sri Lanka?

Guys, thank you for the answers. I am an LR enthusiast and have been studying LRs in Sri Lanka for some time.
