Default What Did this motor come out of ?????

I bought this motor to go in my 2000 disco and noticed some differences look at the thermostat ??? and there was no power steering pump ???? did this come out of a range rover with no power steering???? I also got 2 intake plenums maybe the numbers will help.....how can i tell if this is a 4.0 or 4.6? Thanks in advance

Power steering pump is on there, bottom right front pulley. The empty bracket mount above it is for the optional ACE pump, for the front suspension.

The ACE system works on the front and rear suspension.

It's really hard to tell if there's actually a PAS pump behind that ridged pulley, but that's where the PAS pump would be mounted.

I looked today there is no power steering pump on there...that is just a holder for the idler pulley????

All Range Rover's in that year range had power steering.

well this motor doesn't have a pump just a holder for the pulley look at the pix
