Default What's the minimum I need to run the engine?

I need to start and run my 98 Disco. I have the transmission and T/C out. I hooked the exhaust back up with all four O2 sensors. I belive I activated the spring loaded neutral saftey switch. I have the spring loaded button zip tied down. The engine is bolted in with the rear propped up free and clear of the flywheel. I never disconnected anything from the engine so all of the electrical and plumbing is hooked up. I still have no cranking. What am I missing?

Alarm light on? If you disconnected the battery remember to push the hood switch down before reconnecting..... maybe this? Remove any fuses in engine bay?

Yep, the red one. If not, push down before removing battery cable, let go, push back down when reconnecting battery cable. It's probably not the issue but it's one of the ones that's snagged me a time or two......
