Default Winch Motor Repair - Electrical Adhesive?

Does anyone know what adhesive Warn uses for components in its winch motors?

I snapped a terminal bolt when removing a Warn M8000 from a donor truck, so I had to replace the bolt and fashion a new nylon isolator. I’ve got everything cleaned-up and back together, but I need to secure the copper to the head of the new stainless-steel bolt. I can’t solder onto stainless steel, but it looks like Warn uses some type of electrically-conductive adhesive to attach these two. Friction is holding the copper to the bolt pretty firmly, but I’d really like to get it back to original specs.

I cant say for sure , but I believe the wire is "spot welded" to the bolt originally.......
