Window Sticker from VIN?

Window Sticker from VIN?
Does anyone know of a site that will allow you to enter a VIN and get the original Window Sticker (Monroney sticker) for a Land Rover.
Why do I want this? I am looking for a 2010 Range Rover but most listing I look at do not show the options that may have been factory installed.
When looking at the Land Rover inventory on the official site, it just lists the VIN and the default tech details, no options.
I would be happy to subscribe to a service if one exists, kinda-like paying for CarFax
