Default Wiper problem

hey this is my first post ever, well actually i made this account pretty much just for this
I have a 2001 land rover discovery 2 the driver side wiper is completely fine and it moves but the passenger side doesn't move at all but the motor does run because the nut moves while i have the wiper switch on. i've tried tightening the nut and even buying a new one and placing it on, do i have to get a completely new arm?

if you are sure that the wiper stud is moving then it's likely that you'll need a new arm.....but it's cheaper and easier to convert the wiper arms to the D1 style.....they fit, work and bolt right on.
