Wires ID -next to battery LR4
Hello folks. Is there anyone out there who can ID these wires coming off the battery (vehicle is 2010 LR4)? One wire comes off +positive (brown w/blue trace) and the other two wires (green w/red trace and black) end in a plug. The reason I ask, is the two wires who terminate in a plug were trapped under the battery tray bolt head and stripped down to bare.
It looks like the previous owner put a new battery in and trapped those two wires that I since repaired, but it threw no codes or clouds of smoke. While I was under there I also noticed what looks like a missing cover over the two giant plugs (behind battery, next to firewall) which I assume connect to the computer, or is there actually no cover and it just looks like one is missing?
Any help appreciated.
Thanks again, newbie LR4 owner (but previous series IIa, 3, owner)

Its for transportation when it comes over on the boat. From the factory, there is a Transit Relay on the positive battery cable. When the dealer removes it, they cap it off with a cap taped to the positive cable. This usually gets lost when the battery is replaced.
Also keep in mind that the battery monitor should be reset any time you replace a battery on a vehicle with a monitor (that is the device on the negative cable). Unfortunately that requires a Land Rover diagnostic tool.
