Default wiring a cb

I have a 96 Disco SE7, just got a CB radio for it, but I can't figure out how to get power to it. What do most people do when wiring their CBs?

Default RE: wiring a cb

Haz, I have an 98 disco that I installed a CB in. I attached it to the back of the center console/glove box and wired it directly to the battery via a small drilled hole under the driverside fuse box, Attached to fuse and to the battery and then ground. The antenna cable I went under the carpet to the passenger side rear taillight asssembly access panel, there you will find an rubber gromett, pull it out and cut a hole in it and slide your cable through, then put back gromett. Antenna I have on the rear ladder. Hope this helps.
