won't start

the motor turns very slowly )like the battery is going dead) when the key is turned. new battery installed and the same thing is happening

For starters, what are you trying to start? A DiscoI or II, RR, Series, Lawn mower, cessna caravan 850? Sounds like a battery cable issue. check your ground and pos at the starter and battery.
