Default Yet Another Overheating Issue. Suggestions?

Disco 2
I took the engine apart last week to stop an oil light and tapping.
Found the oil pump with one split and also replaced the timing chain.
In the process i broke the tiny nipple on the rad so i got a used rad from the scrap yard.( been sitting on the shelf for years i hear). Got the truck up and running but now keeps on over heating. Things I have done!
Bleed the system 4 times per rave.
New thermostat
Rotated the thermostat.(different two top lines configuration)
Cursed. What I notice. When she over heats the water comes out of the throttle body.Hoses are solid and heat is coming out of the heater. The bottom of the thermostat is cold as well as the rad. The top is hot.
I have checked the belt to rave as well as all the hoses.
Tapping is now worse but with only 3-4 seconds of oil light and the engine purrs.
Im traveling tomorrow to pick up a bumper should I get the radiator as well
Whats everyones view on this? and No silly comments such as did you reset your modem! Yes there is water in the system

My guess would be a slipped liner, hoses rock hard is a dead give away that you have escaping combustion gases into the coolant ( you did use coolant and not water right ? ).
Coolant out of the expansion bottle is normal for an overheating motor but on hard runs in hot weather you may see some dribbles under normal operating conditions.
