If they are the same issues then you will have to find bad connections. Most likely ground/earth problems. Could be the ground on the BCM or a more universal ground wire. It could also be a power relay that is getting bad/burnt contacts. What noises do you hear while all the flashing is happening?

 

Due to my lack of tools and know how I have got the car scheduled in at a local shop that I always go to, but I did take a look at the relays and a buddy told me to try and tap the top and when I did they stoped flickering but that might of been just timing since 5 seconds after they started again. But yes I was also thinking of a ground issue. But thanks for the help I’ll come back with the foundings from the shop

 

Also with the noises there is a clicking noise every time they turn on while flickering and that noise is coming from around the headlight area.

 

I think you found the culprit. Replace that relay. They are not expensive.

A relay is a mechanical device. Mechanical device fail. Why online? Take it out, go to the nearest auto parts store, they will likely have one.

Are your headlights the original OEM, quality brand replacements (Sylvania, Philips), or off-brand replacements? I had a similar issue when I used off-brand bulb replacements, but the flashing wasn't nearly as intense as your video shows. Some of the off-brands work OK, but it's hit-or-miss.

So I’m trying to get this fixed but I can’t figure out what relay it is, the diagram on the fuse box doesn’t show anything for headlight relays and I just tried doing the pull method. Any chance you know?
