Default 2008 LR2 Timing Chain

Anybody done a timing chain on a 2008 land rover LR2 that wouldn't mind helping me out a little? I'm currently stuck as I am pretty new to Land Rover's in general, I've gotten most of what I believe to be in the way out of the way to accomplish this daunting task but I do not know how to remove what I believe is the accessory drive pulley. It looks like a solid pulley or is that a cap on it? Thanks in advance.
