2012 LR2 won't start after refueling

The fuse blowing does indicate a likely problem with the fuel pump.

One would expect the pump to fail completely not long after it starts blowing fuses, sounds like maybe it has.

If you can locate the wiring harness for the pump it would be good ti inspect that for damage, as much of it as you access. But it's more likely the pump.

I agree. For whatever reason, even though I am the one who replaced the fuse, I was always under the impression it was the fuse for the starer opposed to the fuel pump. It didn't make much sense until I was going through a diagram & saw that it was for the FP. It was 118k mi so it may he about that time anyways
