Default 2014 CEL - dealer can't fix - been there 4 months

OK, our 2014 LR2 has been at the dealer for almost 4 months (this is the first issue we ever had with the car). It has approx. 67k miles. It is under manufacture extended warranty. A couple of years after we bought the car the Check Engine Light went on on one fall day. Took it to the dealer (light had gone off) and they said they could not find anything wrong. A year later, similar scenario. Approx. 6 months later it happened again - drove it home and light went on again one week later. Was happening sporadically and light would not be on when I took it to the dealer - took it to a garage locally when the light was on and got the code - P2281. Took it back, they said it was the PCV valve incorporated into the valve cover. They replaced that. Upon driving it home 30 miles the light went on again. Told them to come get it and keep it until it has been fixed. They thought they had it fixed once, but on the way to deliver it to me it came on again and they turned around. It is still there...

They have replaced:
1.) all related sensors
2.) O2 sensor
3.) turbo and exhaust manifold
4.) catalytic converter
5.) checked wiring harnesses
6.) some bypass valve at the rear of the car
7.) Ignition coils
8.) Oil/Air separator valve
9.) ECM - that is next

They are working closer with Land Rover and all reported voltages seem fine; yet they can't figure it out.

Questions, suggestions are welcomed - I just want our car back - we hate the 2019 Jaguar F-Pace we have been using as a loaner for 4 months.

Thank you,

Not sure how much help this will do but I have an 08 and the CEL came on and I believe the code was similar if not exactly the same. It was also making a whistling noise while running. I replaced my valve cover which has the PCV valve built in I believe ($60 off internet) and installed myself (10 minutes) CEL and whistling is gone.

P2281 is an air leak between the MAF and the throttle. Check to make sure that the the air intake tube is not cracked or seated properly and clean the MAF for good measure. I have to believe that if that code is the right code, LR would have simply replace/clean/fix the necessary parts.

Well, since the dealer is closed, they wanted the loaner back, so we have our car back temporarily until they open back up again. The dealer has worked extensively with corporate on leak testing and found nothing. They said that there is oil in the intake - so they have ordered a second turbo - thinking that the first one they replaced may be bad. To be honest - they have absolutely no idea, nor does corporate. Corporate said that most of the people who designed that model are no longer at the company, so it is difficult for them. Very frustrated.
