Default Air issues

Regardless of the settings the air only blows out of the lower vents and warm once the car is warm. Is this the HVAC door actuator or temp sensor issue? Any help would be much appreciated.

Sounds like the HVAC door actuator; have you tried the auto setting?

Have you read any error codes from the computer?

Yes, I tried in auto and there were no error codes when I scanned it.I'm thinking the door actuator is stuck in the lower heat position.

You will need a reader that can scan the HVAC system specifically as well as the BCM, etc. Try locating the fuse(s) that controls the HVAC system and remove and reinstall as a possible reset of the system. You can also try a "hard reset" of the entire vehicle to see if that helps; Google is your best friend as to how.
