Default Bad ECM/PCM??

Help! I have had my 08 LR2 SE for a few months, only to find out it has been wrecked... so with all these TCM codes and zero ECM codes. What would your first step be? The ECM is my first thought. I have been curious of my battery causing some issues but in 3&4 gears are rough. Also my rear differential is roaring if that may help.

Clear out the codes first and then run it for a few days to see what comes back.

I have cleared them a while back. And these are consistent. If I am at a stop/idle when the engines hot my fan doesn’t kick on. (I thought either the fan control module or a weakened battery. My accessories have acted out. I have 12.4v on my battery would that cause the fan to not have enough power to cut the fan on? If that could relate to the trans in anyway. I can’t find anyone taking a LR rear differential off so I can see how the electrical set up is.

I would probably test first with a good battery, and check if the alternator is working correctly. Low voltage can cause a number of strange symptoms.
