I'm pretty sure the two farthest from each other are the vvt solenoids, what is the middle one? Also, are the two vvt solenoids interchangeable? because they look identical. Thanks.

 

The two like units should be CPS solenoids, for variable valve lift.

The other one should be the VCT solenoid for variable valve timing (there may be another one of those too, but IIRC it's buried somewhere down below).

 

You're right!! Thank you very much for the information, now I know what to buy. I also found this handy diagram of all the sensors for the 3.2 LR2. I wish I had saw this diagram before I started buying random sensors for my broken LR2. Hopefully this diagram may help other people. Thanks!

I found it in a two week search of the internet. I think it came off of this site, it's a page from a Rover repair manual I think... Maybe you could search Google for the image and find it.
