New guy here, but not new to mechanics.
Hope this forum is able to help, where others can't/wanted to help.
-I'm at a loss

2008 LR2 and for the past 3 years this has been a great vehicle.

2 months ago we had our first issue. Fan control module.
Dealer said there was no issue, so I had to hold his hand while the truck got hot and he then realized the fan didn’t work.
I roll my eyes.

Now to the problems.
Since changing the fan/module, we have had all new problems start, as soon as we drove out of the dealer.

No cruise control.
-no cruise symbol in the dash, no cruise while driving, nothing….

Head light issues
-No ability to switch from low beam lights to high lights. Only low beams stay on once started.

Cant open the rear hatch manually. Only the key fab will open the back tail gate.

We noticed the kick panels had been removed (clips broken) on the center concole on both passenger/drivers side and not replaced properly.

Dealer refuses to take any responsibility for any of these issues that coincidentally happen once it was in their shop.

All the fuses are good (from what I can see) in all locations.

however I have no way of identifying the relays. (if this could be any remedy for the above list)

Any help would be appreciated.
