Default MB 2003 C240 AWD Wagon

Picked up an MB c240 AWD wagon today as a spare vehicle, since my Smart Car is still giving me grief. Surprised it has dual ignition, same as aircraft engines. 6 cyl, 12 plugs. Got a good deal for $1k from a fellow disabled vet who had too many cars. Low retail is a little over $3k. Not perfect, but looks nice, interior is all there, drives great on the freeway. At least now my wife and I can deliver the LR2 to the mechanic on Wednesday for the engine swap and not have to Lyft home.

(Things are so slow around here these days that I had to think of something to rile the monkeys...)

So, a few weeks later this C240 is running smoothly. The engine really appreciated the can of Liqui-Moly MoS2 and the Liqui-Moly TF additive to calm down the thumping and shuddering. Put some fuel treatment in the tank. I installed an Android head specifically for this model but need to work a bit on the correct wiring connections. The AC and blower controls have been munged by someone who doesn't understand the concept of PWM. I washed it, vacuumed it and it's running great. Went up to the Manchester NH VA hospital and it ran like a champ. This will do for getting to/from work, until I can get the Smart car running again.
