I am considering purchasing a 2012 LR2 HSE LUX. I am new to Land Rover. I would love to hear things people don't like about their LR2's and problems that are common to this vehicle.

Feel free to tell me all the good things too, but I am more concerned about potential problems and shortcommings.

I've had a 2010 LR2 for 2 years/13,000 miles. The only problem I had was a tire pressure monitor sensor blew on the way to get an oil change. They replaced it no problem and haven't had a problem since.

City MPG is pretty awful, sometimes as low as 12mpg. I've gotten 25-26MPG on the highway though.

Total expenses so far:

first oil change, free
Second oil change $100
15K checkup is coming up, I believe it is like $350.
