Reduced Engine Performance
So my battery ran dead due to not driving much due to Covid-19, I recharged the battery with battery maintainer. Once recharged, it started with dash warning “Reduced Engine Performance”. And it is running REALLY ROUGH.
Has as restarted every time with same warning and same problem. I cleaned the Mass Air Flow Sensor, no difference.
1) Is is there anything else I should check before taking it in?
2) is it okay to drive it 3-5 miles in this condition?
Any info would be helpful.

Thanks for the info. I did what you suggested. Ran the car for about 15 minutes, then restarted it and everything has returned to normal. The check engine light didn't go off right away, but did after a day or two. Now just waiting to see if everything holds. So far so good. Thanks for the tip!
