That's correct. 15 can be popped out, but only about half an inch. In order to get to the harness and disconnect, you have to remove the center console and attack it from the bottom. There are several wiring components (like the Parking button) that are like that within the cosole. If they had only extended that harness 1-2 inches, you definitely would be able to swap out that piece without removing the console. Unfortunately, they trimmed that cost when designed so I am stuck still searching for how to remove the console.

You should be able to rent access to Topix just for a day or even a few hours, I've done that in the past.

The screens don't print well (probably intentionally) but you can take screenshots.

Thanks. $20ish for an hour to view the service manual it looks like. I THINK I have found some sites that offer full downloads for $20-25 though. Since it looks like there isn't a video or write up anywhere, I believe I will be going that route of purchasing and hope the information is in there.
