Default Ski Rack & Cross Bars Whistling (Whistle- wind noise)

My newly installed cross bars and ski racks were whistling like a wild banshee. I found the problem and posted the solution here:

I had the same really loud noise.
I found the reason was that I did not put back the rubber ribbon which covers the top of the cross bar, when I installed myself the first time. The rubber ribbon was with the original crossbar but I took them off, thinking they were useless.
After I inserted the rubber ribbons back, the noise went away.

Yes... that is the solution. Amazing how loud it is without the rubber on top.
