I have a LR and I don't like the sunroof shade. ( not dark enough). Does anyone know where to get a darker one, or do I just need to do something myself to it?..

If you want more shade while the sunroof is open, I guess you could sew another layer of screening to the shade cover.

For my LR2, I wanted more shade while the sunroof and shade cover are both closed. The bright sun would shine right through and I had trouble reading the indicators on my dash console with the glare from the sun. So I hired a window tinting service to darken the glass. They applied a dark film to the inside of the glass.

There are DIY kits for window tinting, so you could try this yourself. But if you don't get it just right there may be air bubbles in the film that make it unsightly.
