Hi all,

I am looking at doing some minor work to the truck (2003 LR Disco II) in the future, can anyone recommend a good tool-kit set? Most of the work I would adventure on will likely be interior, maybe replacing window regulators, etc (nothing engine related).

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

I recommend something like this:

There are a few different versions and they usually go on sale for father's day.

Then you'll still need some screw drivers, wire strippers, crimpers, dikes, pliers, hammers, etc. But some of that stuff you can buy as you need it, and then you'll have it for the next time.

 

Don't forget an plastic interior trim kit for removal of fasteners and panels without breaking them. Harbor Freight or Advance Auto has them for around $35.
