What module/thing is this? It’s missing from my vehicle.

There is something missing in my trunk area next to the tire pressure monitor module. Maybe my LR2 isn’t equipped with something? If someone could pop their trunk and see what they have in theirs and let me know that would be great. This LR2 is new to me and I’m just trying to sort everything out in it.

I believe that's the female prewired module for the trailer hitch wiring system. All LR2s likely came with it but not all were ordered with the tow package add-on.

Thanks, you’re probably right as I don’t have the trailer hitch wiring system.

And you probably won't find one except from a junkyard. The dealers don't have the US version, and the EU version appears to be out of stock everywhere as well. I needed one so I bought one from the UK and bought an adapter to convert the EU trailer jack to 7-pin and US 4-pin.

I went with a UK 7 pin with a NA 4 pin converter.

I would have done that too but at the time my trailer was in Germany and the first connector I found was the one with the mess of pins.
