Milky coolant sounds like oil contamination, doesn't it?
I would have the coolant tested, as well as the engine and transmission oil for contamination.
Of course, thermostat, water pump (they do go), bad radiator and so on would be important to check as likely culprits as well. If you get coolant in your transmission, it will be toast.

Hi
Its a V8.
The truck has been to two mechanics. 1st one didn't have a clue but he did notice a hole in a hose that he changed but it only did the same thing. Once the hose was replaced.
The 2nd mechanic diagnosed it as a seal in engine. They both flushed the coolant but neither has changed thermostat radiator or water pump. I have towed truck back to my home because 2nd mechanic is charging $5000 to fix that seal he says is bad and I can't afford that. So now I'll let someone check for contamination and just change the thermostat and radiator to see if anything changes.

I'm not sure about the process, but I would think, the water pump or thermostat would be the most likely culprits if there is no contamination. I would try to check contamination first.
What seal are they talking about? A leaky hose / seal should not cause overheating. A bad water pump or thermostat certainly will. The thermostat can be gotten as a complete assembly with the crossover pipe, it should be changed that way, the plastic, particularly the thermostat housing cracks (my thermostat housing cracked twice).
On other thing to note, is the fan seem to run normally, or is it roaring or doing nothing. Of course if the fan goes bad, you can also overheat.
