Default 05 LR3 pulsating noise

Hello All:

First post - I own a 05 LR3 with 170K. Her name is Zarza after the little town in La Palma (Canary Islands) which had a disproportionate amount of Series trucks. Anyway, I'm having an issue when making right turns, even the slightest bit. There is a pulsating vibration that goes away when I neutralize the steering wheel and does not occur when making left turns. The vehicle has had its EAS replaced with coil overs from AB and has had its steering rack replaced at about 90K miles. I haven't inspected the CV boots too closely but from the front they appear intact. Question is: is this symptom indicative of a worn CV Shaft?

They are oversized tires - Nokian Rotiiva AT 275/65 R 18. They've been on since the beginning of the winter and this is the first I'm hearing of the pulsating.
