06 LR3 Armrest

I've watched the video and read the service bulletin but still can't get the armrests off. Raised it to 45 degrees and removed the bolt. No luck. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You are doing it correctly. Just keep rocking it back and forth away from the back rest while at the 45 degree. The first time it is removed it is stuck on pretty good.
